What is the difference between Silver, Gold and Platinum?
Each package builds on the one below it. Silver is the photography essentials: interior and exterior photos, a floorplan and a short social reel made from the photos. Gold adds the tools buyers use to explore a home online, an iGUIDE 3D tour and a property website. Platinum adds aerial and video content for listings where the lot, the location or the lifestyle is part of the sale.
Is Gold worth it over Silver?
For a home under 2,000 sq ft, Gold costs $187.50 more than Silver. That adds an iGUIDE 3D tour, which costs from $285 on its own, plus a property website with a custom domain and priority scheduling. If you would order a 3D tour anyway, Gold is the better value.
When should you choose Platinum?
Platinum costs $661.42 more than Gold for a home under 2,000 sq ft. It adds aerial drone photos and video, a vertical walkthrough video for social media, and three virtual twilight images.
